What is our return policy?
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, and the exact amount will be shown during the return process. Items must be in 'as new' condition, including original packaging.
How long does delivery take?
Our fulfilment team will aim to send packages to Australia Post on the same business day if purchased before noon. Australia Post will then deliver you packages in 2-8 business days (Standard Shipping) or 1-3 business days (Express Shipping).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I know what size to order?
Our outfit sizes are written on the individual product pages. If you would like to try out the fitting, please contact us and we can arrange fit outs at whichever time suits you! (Only available to Sydney residents)
